Community FAQ 4/3/2022

Addressing the Queue times, cheaters, and game performance. We have heard the community feedback and we are working to optimize your #NARAKABLADEPOINT experience. Read on to find out more:

1. Long queue time 
We have been aware of the ongoing issue from the data, community discussions, and live streams, that queue times have been long. 

Starting the 3/11 update, we will be applying a new queuing mechanic with the aim to shorten the queue time as a temporary solution, as we head back to the drawing board and find a more optimal solution.

The community has given us many suggestions, and we are actively looking into the feedback to find the best solution for all players of NARAKA: Bladepoint. We will be discussing with our Community managers and NARAKA Partners for more informed feedback and work towards optimizing the player experience by improving the queue times, combatting cheaters, and creating new content to keep your experience fresh and exciting!

2. Report system & Broom Skin
We have been cracking down hard on the hackers. Players who have made an in-game report will be notified by system email if they are successful. We have also further lowered the threshold for rewarding the [Righteous Polearm]. And from this week, we will publish the list of [Righteous Polearm] receivers in the weekly ban announcement. We hope this will reaffirm to players our stance on cheats.
We are also aware of the difficulties of reporting teamers for some players. We are working on a solution that would make for an easier reporting system.

3. Game optimization 
We've received feedback on slow material rendering or missing models, network optimization, etc. We are always looking to optimize the game. With new fixes, heroes and modes we hope to continuously keep your experience fresh and enjoyable.
