1.Malicious TeamingWe do not tolerate any form of malicious teaming. We have been working to optimize the reporting process and handling current player reports.
Now, when reporting a malicious teaming incident on our official website
(https://www.narakathegame.com/reporthacker/), you can attach a picture alongside your report to provide evidence. In addition, a successful detection of collusion will grant the reporting player with an Immortal Treasure and be notified by an in-game mail. Once the teaming is confirmed, the teamer will not only be banned from matchmaking but also punished by a rank decrease.
Our goal is to provide a fair game environment with strict standards to crack down on malicious teaming.
Of course, this is not possible without the cooperation of our players. We hope that players who encounter teaming will provide us with POV, video, or screenshot.
2. Are there any new events/features/content coming? The development team is always working to bring fresh new content for our players.
The new Koi Bonanza event will begin following the 9/28 update. The daily quest rewards (character experience, BP experience) that players receive will be doubled. Please see the update announcement for more details:
https://www.narakathegame.com/news/update/20210927/33459_975305.htmlNow it’s easier to find your friends on steam!
- Players’ Steam friends will have a special steam icon next to their names in NARAKA
- The in-game friends list will include a Steam category where you can find your Steam friends.
- We added a Steam overlay into our game, allowing you to talk to your friends through Steam.
In addition to all notes, we are preparing some new, exciting content, which will be available to players soon, so stay tuned!
3. Is there anything planned for improving the match making for a better game experience? We are aware that many of our players experience poor matchmaking. This is a rather complicated issue which is caused by many different factors such as network connection quality, player skill evaluation algorithm, matchmaking algorithm, and others. The Dev team is actively investigating these issues and will gradually roll out online updates to mitigate the problem. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We welcome any feedback and suggestions.
**The National Day of the People’s Republic of China will span from October 1st to October 7th. For that reason, next week’s FAQ will be delayed to the week of Oct 11th . Not to worry, however, as we will continue to collect feedback during that period. We thank you for your understanding.
