[2022] Rename monthly updates to monthly PTR and next month's update

We’ve taken your feedback and have already started implementing it (ie. Heart of Madness Release). Thanks!

Considering that the Heart of Madness PTR section is closing today, I saw no reason to change it for this iteration. We’ll be implementing the suggestion going forward.
