Hello all –
It appears that this past Friday’s PTR Chaos was a little too chaotic and the party left Monarch’s Bluff a little worse for wear. As a result, we have restarted the PTR this evening which should restore all of the temporarily lost functionality – including the town buffs. Thanks for your reports!
