[2020] No Email for density test

I preordered New World in 2019 and didnt recieve the Email for the density test or might have deleted it on accident....

Is there any way have the email send again?

On the New World homepage is no account management or anything similar ...

Amazon customer service can't help aswell...

Any suggestions? :(
