[2023] Is the leaderboards patch delayed or have we had an official announcement for server downtime?

Patch notes typically go up the day of the patch (PST). At this time, there is no delay.

You are correct that sometimes it’s the day before, however not in this case.

Not yet, the PTR title will be incoming a few updates out!
