[2022] New Twitch drops question

At this time, when the drop window is over for a specific level of drops, that level will no longer be obtainable. If this changes, we will be sure to let you know!

This is correct, they will behave like any other Twitch drop.

The goals are there for teams to progress their level of drops. Once a goal is reached, the drop for that goal is activated and available for people to work towards by watching streams.
