[2022] [Restart] PTR: Disabling the Game Mode Leaver Penalty

Greetings Adventurers,

We are still investigating the loading screen bug issue; therefore, the PTR will undergo a brief server restart at 2022-05-10T00:00:00Z to temporarily disable the Game Mode Leaver Penalty.

This implementation will take approximately 15 minutes.

The loading issue into arenas should be resolved in this update, so the leaver penalty has been removed. Thank you!
