[2022] Will attackers be able to respawn on flags they capture in war?

I see you! I’m asking for clarification and will update here once I hear back.

Okay so I heard back. Defenders are only able to respawn inside the fort and Attackers are able to respawn inside the war camp OR any capture point they’ve taken.
