[2022] Freezing and Crashing A LOT

Moving this over to Support so the right eyes can get on it. Just to help our CS agents out, I assume verifying game files did not help?

After all steps above:

• Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.
