[2022] Idea: Random Spawn Framework (For mobs, resources, ori meteors, world bosses, chests, Rafflebones, treasure maps, abandoned caravans, etc)

Acknowledging the ping! I read this thread back when it was posted and I know the dev team is interested in exploring additional open world experiences. The team recently introduced a few in the most recent March Dev Video but I’ll pass on these additional suggestions!
