[2022] Can't get Blunderbuss quest?

If I’m understanding what you’re asking, in order to get the legendary questline for the Blunderbuss, you need to reach Level 60, Weapon Skill 19, and complete the quest “Madaki’s Stratagem” in Shattered Mountain. Hope that helps!
