[2022] Bow shadow accuracy nerf is this intended

I talked to the team and there were no intended changes made to the arrow spread. Most likely, this is a bug. Please report it in the bug reporting thread on the PTR section so the team can investigate.

In the meantime, I have reported this to the team so they are looking into it.
