I’m seeing a few lingering reports of people who should have received a key and still don’t have access. If you’ve pre-ordered on Steam or Amazon, or recently participated in the Alpha and you currently don’t have access to the Density Test, let me know. We can work together with Customer Service to make sure we resolve the issue.

This is just a reminder that the Density Test is still under NDA and by launching the game you agree not to stream, capture content, or openly discuss your experience.
The Preview Event that begins on August 25 will not have an NDA associated with it so you can feel free talk publicly, create content, and more.

I got the first Alpha invite, but have not received any communication since the "We're Honoring your Pre-order" email. I even tried to send an email to support from the address linked yesterday by u/LegionCM but any email I sent was kicked back with a "Failure to Send". It would be nice to get some communication on this.
