[2019] No one is collecting stuff, Bug?

After a playing for a while, i noticed nobody bring stuff to the marked areas anymore. Cooks just cook, miners mine, fishers fish, but without collecting anything an bring stuff to the designated resource marked zones. Happend after i placed some crates and put a zone on top, so that my villagers just put these things into the crates. Anything i can do for the moment? is it a bug,or did i do something completely wrong? Did i missed something? Is there something like in rim world, with priority for carry items?
