[2019] Having a lot of issues and not sure how to resolve them

- my farmer won't plant or harvest crops anymore and just stands around doing nothing

- most of my village just starved when i have raw and cooked food

- water just disappears once drawn from the well or the sea

- i have the fire pit and well house set to automatically produce as many purified water as there are settlers (and a bunch of food), but nobody is doing it even though several people have cooking and survival permission
