I'll be adding the V-sync option back in soon. Hopefully the next patch. That should help with the screen tearing.

As for the line issue, that tends to happen when the window is a funky resolution. I would make sure your window isn't squished and is matching the resolutions in the settings/your monitor. Often times the window will get squished when it is bigger than the screen you are playing on.

Actually, I believe I've found the bug that causes this. Will try and get a hotfix out today.

Hmm, the border-less must make the window a resolution like 3439x1439 or something along those lines. I'll look into the details of what's going on there and see if there's something I can do when border-less is set. Thanks for sharing your settings and these screenshots. Helps a ton.
