[2019] Settlers and movement speed?

In the hermit mode, settlers won't come to join you. I'll be making a change where they will arrive, but you'll have the ability to say no. Other than new arrivals, settlers are only born.

Lastly, floors do not currently change movement speed.

Floors now give a small speed increase and settlers will often use the floor instead of regular ground to path if it's faster.
