[2022] Bug: Lectern Of Knowledge object not available to Humans. (Seems to be Ancient Exclusive), but required for Arcane Study.

I managed to get an Arcane Study via giving a mage profession human a Spellbook of Cleaving and waiting a bit. (It could also be because I managed to use Captured Ardyns to work in creating more which were now considered Citizen Ardyns.

But when I purchased the Arcane Study I did not have access to the Lectern of Knowledge. And so its essentially unusable. 😟
