Thanks for the report! I'll look into these things.

You can increase the carry skill priority from the priority list (L). Each stockpile is managed by the owners of the room the stockpile is assigned to. So, if they are busy doing other jobs, the items won't be managed.

You should not be getting any Human related events when playing another race. I'll fix this up!
