[2019] Little suggestion

Welp, after some hours of odd realm and one in-game year passed, I realised that sometimes I need to dismantle exact thing and with exact guy... Yes, I mean, there is no way to directrly order, like "Hey you, in that funny steel helmet. Go and make this!" Just found second, maybe, ruin and stuck with fact that I can't dismantle wall with exact human until I make him one capable to dismantle man... And my suggestion is (ty cap obvious) to add some sort of direct orders along with "hold position" or just move
