[2019] Screen Resizing

You can change the UI scale from the settings menu. Though, that might make it so small as to be hard to read.

Because of the scale of the font and general art, 1200x800 is the minimum screen size that's supported. I should have added this to the game requirements but it completely slipped my mind. :/
