Hey there! All good. No offense taken.

Originally, I had planned to release something MUCH smaller for 1.0 and a 6-12 month timeline was more realistic. The thing is, once I opened up the game to the public and a community started to grow, tons of extra features and content additions were requested outside of the original 1.0 promised set.

As well, to be perfectly candid with you, I was much more worried about money when I opened up the EA. That timeline was more of a constraint on myself than anything. I knew I had a certain amount in my bank and I needed to get the game done in that amount of time. Lucky for me, the game has generated an income similar to what I used to make at a studio and it has helped me put more time, thought, care and effort into the game.

All that said, I'm in NO rush to get the game to 1.0. I'm just going to work on it at my own pace and have fun doing so. This game is as much a thing for myself as it is for you fine folks. If you want to come along for the ride, glad to have you. If not, no sweat! I'd strongly encourage you to check out the update blogs I've made the last year to give you a sense for how I work. I'm very transparent in those. :)

P.S., thanks for letting me know about that 6-12 timeline blurb. I shall remove it immediately to avoid coming off as deceitful.

Thanks friend. I'm just here to make a game. Super happy to have a wonderful community to do that with. :)
