Regarding the sickle, they only use one attack at a time, so I'd recommend using just one, and putting some other item in the other hand.

Just a feedback from me I get overwhelmed when structures get unlock quickly and want to do multiple things at once , as I play ,it is getting easier to understand and started taking my time getting good
