[2019] console spawned npc levels?

Unfortunately, there's no great modding capability yet. Been too focused on the core features up to this point. I'm *hoping* to add modding stuff soon as that's been requested so much. All you can do right now is spawn stuff that's currently implemented using those commands. : /
