[2019] [0.8.17.0] Well Room maintain water issue

The Well Water room job will produce unpurified water just the same as collecting water from a lake. And you'll be able to use this at the campfire. Though, there is a bug where they won't start the collect water job from a well. I'll fix this for the next update which will come out soon. I'll also change the job name from 'Well Water' to 'Unpurified Water' to avoid confusion.

You get plant fiber from cutting plants.
