[2019] Option for settlers to automatically equip gear

Would be great if settlers where able to automatically equip "best available" gear. as well as "appropriate tool " for what their next task is.
I.e. Automatically going to pick up an available pickaxe before mining, then switching to axe before logging, so on and so forth.

This would especially be useful since I rarely use a "fulltime fisherman" so have to constantly equip/unequip between fishing poles and other tools
