This really isnt rocket science: BH2 is less active (regarding actual pkers), is less fun to pk in because of larger share of boosters/targets who want to sell/buy kills, the actual gameplay changes (hotspots/tasks) are only used by people abusing the system and on the side you also made wildy slayer worse, made getting high level supplies easier on ironman and locked runepouch behind pretty much the only activity in this game that doesnt require one.
The only redeeming quality of this update is that you end up making slightly more profit due to higher gp value of the average kill, which is mostly being abused by boosters.
Just revert the update and tune the numbers of BH1 regarding tier1 emblem droprates, how many points emblems are worth and what you can buy in the store. We wont be getting any positive gameplay change anyways so BH1 is the best system we are going to get on osrs.
Also it feels extremely disingenuous if we players keep posting very specific questions on the Q&A topics asking why the update isnt reverted and all we get is 30 secounds on the Q&A, while the rest of the Mods on the couch are still talking about the last topic, where /u/jagexgambit isnt even reading the actual questions and just gives the same response we get to every single pvp question "yeah we are going to make a discord and ask for feedback and then admit it based on the feedback we get".
You really dont need to create another 3 discord servers where you ask youtubers/twitter users the same questions you asked them on the previous 8 discord servers you made to get feedback on fixing pvp.
