First of all I know this incident is my fault, which is the case for a lot of account problems.
Earlier this year I made an Ironman on my original 07 account. Because I log in with my username, I didn't remember to change the email adress associated with the account. I slapped an authenticator on it and bought membership. Again not changing the email is my fault.
Felt like delving back into the game for a bit today, and managed to remember my username/password, but realised that since I made this account i've changed phones. This means I cant access the authenticator code. I also can't remove it since the email gets sent to an account I don't have access too (and probably doesnt exist at this point).
I have tried 4 times to submit an account recovery appeal, each time being instantly denied with no real explanation. Following each attempt I made sure to read it fully and even experimented omitting certain information etc as to try and figure out what was causing the denial. I'm still unsure at this point.
So i guess back to my main question, does jagex have a direct email/chat/phone whatever for support? I've tweeted at them, but I cant seem to find an email.
I am confident I have the information to get my acc back, i have user/pass, transaction info, recovery questions etc. but I just cant get in contact with them.
