For context, I've been playing my main account much less after creating a GIM, so I upgraded it to a Jagex account for added security during periods of inactivity.

Unfortunately, the gmail account I used to create the Jagex account was flagged by Google as potentially created by a bot, and I lost access to the account.

I have since recovered the account from Google, and now have full access. I can send test emails to the account and they are received without issue.

I never logged into the game using my Jagex account, and now with restored access, it doesn't appear the verification emails are being sent (or received) when logging in.

This occurs for both verification emails trying to play the game through the Jagex Launcher, and verification emails when trying to log into my account through Account Management on the osrs website.

I have followed all instructions on Jagex Accounts 'Not received email' support page, including adding *.jagex.com to my contacts.

I can see the emails I received from Jagex when creating my Jagex account, but don't receive verification emails for login.

Anything I can do to raise this issue with support? I'm able to submit a ticket without logging in.

Could you please submit a ticket here so we can look into this for you? I'm not entirely sure what's causing the problem, it may be due to the email initially being deactivated by Google causing an issue on our end. We should be able to give you more information once you submit a ticket :)
