[2019] Can't complete Christmas event?

I went to turn in the event quest but Santa told me I could only get my rewards the next day. I decided to delete the gnome shield since you couldn't bank it I can't find the baker you save to get another one from him, does anyone know where he is or how to get another gingerbread shield?

If you haven't managed to resolve it, if you return to the bakery in Varrock, they'll give you another one when you try to enter through the trap door, hopefully this solves your issue.

Apologies for the inconvenience, it was added as a measure after the botting issues in the Halloween event
