HELP! Game is on a black screen, but the HUD is visible

Hello, my friend can't play the game because it's on this black screen, the HUD works, but he can't see the map. We tried to fix the issue in those ways:
Updating the drivers

Uninstalling and installing the game

Changed for the Jagex Launcher (we play on the Steam version)

We searched for about 2 hours and nothing works, if someone know how to fix, let me know (pls)
