[2019] Login issues

Hey everyone,

As tweeted out by JagexSupport there is an outage on login servers at the moment.

We're currently chasing up!

15:30 game time: We're performing server work to try and fix the outage currently on-going!

15:40 game time: We should now be back to normal service!
