Is there a reason requirements are reduced for Araxxor?

They're removing the quest requirement from going into the cave itself since it was used for the quest only, but now it will also house a boss. It's not some change to Araxxor itself where you were supposed to have the quest completed but they're changing it now.

And just to be clear, the entrance to the cave is always there, and the only reason why you can't enter the cave now is because your character doesn't see a good enough reason why.
