[2023] Jagex Launcher stuck in "are you a robot" loop

Hi all, I just linked to Jagex launcher for the first time and after installing it I am stuck in a loop where it prompts me to verify "are you a robot," I click "verify you are a human" (nothing pops up it just allows me to check the box), it loads for a bit saying "please stand by, while we are checking your browser," and returns to the same "are you a robot screen."

I've tried repairing and reinstalling and I can't get past this screen. Can anyone please help.
