Can someone please help me!

So yesterday I was breached on my email, with someone accessing and changing a lot of my personal stuff linked to my email, games included. My major concern was obviously banking then games secondary, but I have noticed that I can no longer log into my RuneScape account.

I have a maxed out Ironman with a rather sizeable bank and am concerned that in less than 60 hours now the hacker will have access to my bank. I have submitted tickets, tweeted out to jagex support, and even tried to get noticed on there official discord. My issue is that he has changed the email to one of his but also put the account behind a jagex launcher (yes I am aware I should of done this now) and it is getting me extremely nervous regarding the account but also the bank I have on it. Naturally being a maxed Ironman I have an absurd amount of play time logged on this account and can provide bank statements, addresses etc.

I don’t even care if the account gets locked until this matter is resolved in proving that I am indeed the rightful owner.

Any help would be muchly appreciated as I don’t know anything else I can possibly do to stop this guy.

I have taken a couple of steps to secure your account and prevent the hijacker logging onto your account.

As someone has accessed your e-mail I heavily recommend reading carefully through everything on this page especially the section labelled "Protect your email address" as a hijacker can establish e-mail forwarding and inbox rules to essentially maintain access to your e-mails even after you have secured the account.

Just as an example, having an inbox rule set up to forward any e-mails from Jagex to their e-mail address would allow them to send password reset requests to your inbox and automatically delete the e-mail from your inbox once it has been forwarded. This means they are able to stealthily reset passwords without your knowledge. It's actually quite common.

While you're here, could you take a look into removing a permanent mute I have on my account? I was permanently muted back in 2011 from a list of stupid actions I did as an 8 year old in 2007. That's unfortunately something well out of my purview as anti-cheat, though you could try appealing it so that the relevant team looks.
