Hi Rogues,

Over the past few days, I have seen an increase in reports from you about server issues. Unfortunately, the team cannot investigate without relevant data. So I'm asking for your help!

If you are experiencing rubber-banding, dropped matches, matches not connecting, or delayed hit registration, please provide me with the following information:

  • Match ID
  • Region (North America, Europe, etc)
  • Country you're playing from (US, Canada, Brazil, etc.)
  • Platform (PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, etc.)

Creating this thread so we can share updates in the main post rather than replying in comments.

As we're not experiencing site-wide issues, we are able to update our newsposts and will be updating the Game Status page with any new information alongside this thread.

The rollback is complete!

Players should be able to log back in and resume 'Scaping. We'll be monitoring the situation until to make sure things remain stable.

The rollback is progressing as expected. At current progress we hope to have game worlds back up by 15:00 GMT.

We will share another update on progress at 15:00 GMT, unless we have information to share before.

The team needs to complete further work to ensure the state of the rollback is safe.

We do apologise for the progress you and the many others that were able to be logged in at the time will be losing, but its the only option we have to get everyone back in-game.

Hopefully you can get those gains back again. We didn't know a rollback would be required until just a few moments ago, and you'll notice a notification coming through in-game soon.

Sorry for the lost progress. We didn't know that a rollback would be required at the time, as its usually our last resort.

Hopefully when you're back in you get blessed with the best RNG to make up for it.

You may want to prepare for a swift teleport out, but if you were alive at the time you'll be alive when you log back in!
