[2022] Allow Us To Swap Dyes for Different Colors

Title.

Since the dyes are untradeable, to get a full set of recolored RC robes we would need to get incredibly lucky. I don't know how rare getting any single one dye is, but I have to imagine it's going to take either some crazy luck or an astounding amount of time to ever get 3 dyes of the same color. No one wants to run around in mismatched RC robes (except for those cretins who are already wearing that awful disgraceful set).

I don't know how this could be implemented. Either spending abyssal pearls to convert it at the shop, or maybe Aggie in Draynor Village could recolor them. Or maybe you could grind a talisman (fire/water/earth or something) and mix it with the dye.
