Should we improve the accessibility of the Innovation menu in Tombs of Amascut?
Should we add an area in the lobby of Tombs of Amascut that allows you to deposit and retrieve your Pickaxe?
Why are these even questions jesus just do it.
The Pickaxe questions, because it's new functionality it makes sense even if it is a small change.
It's a fair point for the accessibility question and we'll be discussing making that an unpolled change potentially.
Something else that would be amazing for TOA is a way to view active invocations in the middle of the raid. The number of times someone else sets the invos and can't remember if ahka is fast or not is frustrating, so it would be a nice QoL change.
That's a fair point and a potential future improvement we could add which I'll raise with the team :)
Honestly the old skill guide should be the default. You want the game looking as familiar and core memory unlocking to returning players as possible.
You could prompt a notification about the new skill menu once the player closes the skill menu for the first time.
It's because it offers more functionality than the current version which is why we would want to make it the default and exactly why wanted the toggle because it would be something that players could choose between.
Awesome that ToA and CoX are getting lots of support/QoL improvements so long after they've released. All these changes and the pending changes to CoX look like positives.
Does the team have any intention of giving ToB the same treatment? I found the Entry Mode changes to be underwhelming, as it doesn't fix a lot of the other problems with the content. My main gripe is it being the only raid that is deeply inaccessible to many players, whereas ToA has a huge focus on accessibility and CoX seems to be heading that direction as well. Will we ever get a reasonably soloable difficulty for ToB?
I feel like we will revisit ToB eventually but I couldn't give you a concrete "yes, we will", but it does seem like something we would do at some point.
Cox blog when?
Cum phase change isn't enough, the problem is that it's just too many orbs spanning diagonally that are harder to adjust pathing to. Make the boss spawn less of the diagonally moving balls.
Edit: the proposed change is only affecting solos really and people don't only solo ToA onlyBaba puzzle is slow and convoluted, making it faster won't change the line of sight BS that pulls us into a venom pool causing too much damage.
Sad to see no changes to warden p1 and p2 too, they are just so much damage taken for free
We want to make sure we had time to properly look at CoX as these are long-requested improvements!
"Should we give players an alternative option for the Skill Guide that will not cancel your current action?"
Yes! Can we have that for the Report button too???
I wonder if the same elements that cause the current Skill Guide to stop actions for the Report Button too... something to raise with the team!
Can you clarify what exactly question 4 is proposing? Is the idea here that you can put "real" brews etc in the box while in the raid, and then retrieve them when outside the raid? And if so, what exactly is the use case there?
Basically, any potions you can bring in from outside the Raid as we don't want you to bring Ambrosia outside to other PvM content.
When could we expect the next poll for COX + QOL changes? Could you give us an estimate? 1-2 weeks? Months?
This will all depend on how Poll 80 turns out from voting as we would only like to start discussing this/working on it once Poll 80 updates are in a good place.
