Is it just me or is it kind of f**ked that they won't even reinstate her hcim after it died to what was, admittedly, a bug?
Ideally, we'd be able to restore statuses reliably and fairly.
But I'll be the first to say that I am the worst choice of people for setting that precedent. :)
