[2019] Will swapping be allowed in summer SDMM?

On the page for DMM Spring Finals, it explicitly says "the act of swapping during the spring finals is prohibited, and is a bannable offence".

However there's no mention of swapping in the official DMM rules or on the page for the seasonal deadman.
