As the post title states... it seems like the Leagues update has broken the Dark Crab fishing spot in the Wilderness arena. Specifically the bug seems to be that the wilderness elite diary's increased catch rate is not applying.
Prior to the update the xp rate was ~40-45k/hr with elite diary, but is now ~25k. Bug reports and tweets to Jagex have not worked unfortunately up to this point.
