Hello All, Decided to try the ol jagex account a try. I was able to create it, link my 6 characters, and now, I can only play one. I can no longer log into my characters with their old credentials because they have been imported into my new Jagex account, however, only one of the characters are available to play from the launcher, and I cant get any of the other accounts to show up / play on.
Where the F is the customer support / how to guides on this? their customer support site just says log in and follow the prompts. How do you get your characters to appear in the launcher to play!
Am i just f*cked and lost my toons with year long memberships and all my time?
