[2023] Runecrafting Diary steps broken?

After this mornings update, I collected some spice to boost to 76 RC to complete the Lumby elite step. I've noticed they added "without the use of extracts." I got the boost and crafted the "140 or more" and the step did not complete within the achievement diary.

I did have all 28 essence in my inv and crafted them in one go.
