Tldr: Jagex has acknowledged an issue affecting multiple clients and areas within OSRS.
I've been grinding to 3000 marks the past few weeks, and starting this evening, I can't click tiles when I get to the second floor. I can either leave the floor or perform actions like starting obstacles, but I can't click floor tiles.
The issue was repeatable on both iOS and Android. I hard closed the apps as well as restarted the devices. I don't have access right now to test on RuneLite.
Big sad for the grind while traveling. Anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: Recorded a video on Android showing that the first floor works properly, the second floor I can only click on obstacles (and not floor tiles). Third floor works, but I never go to the target tile.
