[2024] Very weird disconnects since moving, anyone know what to do?

I have recently moved, and have thus gotten a new wifi router as well. Before the move, I never had any issues what-so-ever from playing osrs. However, since I moved, I often get disconnects while doing raids specifically (toa & tob).

It feels so strange to me, since I can skill hours in a row without any problems. However, when I play a raid, such as toa or tob, I will get random disconnects every now and then.. My screen will freeze for 10s, I get the black box in the top left corner that says trying to reconnect, and it will continue again. I have absolutely no clue how to fix it, and it's extremely annoying since I love to run solo toa at 410-450, but every time I get a disconnect I basically die. I run softcore usually but it's just extremely annoying.

I know it's not a problem with my internet speed. I have 1Gb up and down with perfect signal. I tried changing router channel, rebooting the router, resetting the router cache, and completely installing jagex launcher/runelite again. So far, nothing has worked.

A friend of me has gotten this issue on my wifi specifically as well (where he had no problems at his own house ever before), however, someone else doesn't seem to have any issues at my house.

If anyone has experienced something similar and knows how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
