Since the whole league thing is inspired by area only ironmen I wanted to pitch in my two cents. I've spent a couple hundred hours enjoying the Fremennik life and let me tell you its one of the best areas for an ironman to settle down in. You might think its too restrictive but the progression for every skill and PvM is beautiful.
Neitiznot, jatizo, relleka all provide a wide skilling base. You can do every skill, even farming at My Arm's patch. Throne of miscellania gives you a great motivator and purpose for gp. For slayer you could make Sigli the Huntsman an area specific master, here's the breadth of tasks you can get. Waterbirth dungeon, moss giants at the stop between lunar isle, trolls, dwarves, brine rats, sea snakes on miscellania, mithril and brutal green dragons and of course relleka slayer dungeon and all of godwars!
Areas included are all fremennik islands and lands, keldagrim, burthope (unlocks defender and godwars dungeon), ancient caverns, and you would be allowed to teleport to the ourania altar once lunars is unlocked.
These areas have the best PvM in the game imo. Godwars, dagganoth kings, vorkath, mithril dragons, all behemoths to set your sights on.
To make it feasible to topple these endgame giants, many relics would give a suitably barbarian bonus. For example the rockshell, spined, and skeletal armors could be given a massive void-like upgrade. A relic would unlock 3 different kinds of key drops from all monsters, they would be worth a free small, medium, or hard gamble at barbarian assault. You can unlock a balmung, a dagganoth-bane weapon by completing a new quest like progression. A relic would boost your damage when under a quarter health. The seercull could be buffed to scythe-like lethality. You could unlock deflection prayers, reflect dragonbreath, praying at a godwars altar fills your inventory with swordfish, and so on.
