Seriously, what's the point in drawing an arbitrary line around where splashing is allowed and where it isn't? Do new players literally stay within the confines of Lumbridge until they learn what splashing is? I'm not against splashing being removed but do all or none.

This is a quick change we can make to ensure your first experience in Lumbridge isn't to see a large group of people splashing on rats etc.
