[2020] Log in issues apply differently to accounts from same location.

Idk if a jmod will see this but I don't have a twitter account.

When the original server maintenance began that wasn't suppose to impact accounts logged in one of my accounts was DC'd while another stayed online.

Now since server maintenance "finished" the account that was kicked off can log in. However the account that never DC'd can no longer log in since I logged out a couple hours ago.
