External link →We fixed the issue discussed yesterday, everyone with a Jagex account should now have the bank spaces correctly.
However, the 20 bank spaces are for upgrading to a Jagex account, not just for using the Jagex Launcher. If you're still having trouble, give me a bit more detail and we can help
When trying to upgrade, still being told account already exists, but I have logged out of launcher, logged back in and still doesn't seem to work. Can't get anywhere with the support pages to submit a real ticket or find anything that helps. Is there any way I could get some help? Thanks for replying to people on here btw, everyone appreciates it
If you're being told the account already exists, the account already exists.
There's no support articles or contact routes because all of the information you need will be sent to your email address.
Why does it pester me everytime I open my bank? If I say no then it shouldn't open until I log in next, right?
